OVERVIEW
We support in-house generative-AI adoption from the front line, from taking stock of the work through to operational design and getting it to stick. What we're especially good at is automating the work itself: extracting the information you need from unstructured text — email, chat, forms — with generative AI, and feeding it automatically into your core systems and workflows (we already run this in production for automating data entry on deal closings, quotes, and job/candidate data, among other things). Alongside that we build RAG-based in-house chatbots, organize internal documents and knowledge, and automate document summarization and meeting minutes, starting each time from a small proof against a real problem on the front line before we scale it up. We work with DX leads, information systems and corporate planning teams, and with the frontline departments that do the work. We support you through a small start (PoC) to gauge the effect, with an eye toward eventual in-house ownership.
STRENGTHS
We start from the actual workflow and the real problem, not from the tool. We map out where AI helps in the language people on the front line actually use.

Recruitment / SES business (anonymized)
We developed a core system that manages referrers, candidates, job orders, referral fees and billing all in one place, and it's in production use. From unstructured chat and email text, generative AI (an LLM) automatically extracts and structures deal information across up to roughly 30 fields and reflects it into the input form, cutting manual re-entry sharply (final checks and approval are still handled by staff).
